I had a labrum tear in high school it still effects me with over head lifting years after surgery and rehab. Best tip for recovery is to do the at home stretching they recommend. I was young and thought I was super man lol 8 ball looks great!!

I live across the river here in York Co. Do you have anywhere to recommend getting tires & wheels, possibly a lift kit installed?? I'm not sure how to go about finding the right place to help me get what I would like for my truck because honestly I get confused with all the wheel sizes, I need a pro to help me with these decisions!
