Rick Young has been such a huge inspiration for me, and the first generation of top European JKD guys to fully embrace grappling by pursuing high level Judo with a strong focus on the ground aspect of the art. An incredibly well rounded martial artist and a really humble if somewhat fearsome human being. I really enjoyed this episode and please, please, please do have him back, he has so much more to share.
