I love playing that song. Once I learned what the tuning was I picked it right up...THIS WAS BACK IN ABOUT 1995..Not many folks had internet yet. So you had to learn shit by ear or by tablature from Guitar Player magazine. This song is THE MOST MELODIC SONG I have ever learned to play. Its just wonderful and I love it dearly.

This album came out when I was in 7th grade. A buddy of mine loaned it to me. I was absolutely captivated. Over the Hills and The Rain Song especially got under my skin. Beautifully played GB! I do hope to get a chance to say hello in Napa!

You've inspired me to learn the song; and its a load of fun! I've never played a song in open-tuning; and it sounds almost 'jazzy' up by the 9th fret. The riff around the 1 minute mark (in your video) was against my intuition: the tuning and use of open strings, for that simple riff, never ceases to mix me up whenever I replay the song for the first time. Thanks a lot!😃😄
