We've visited Raffles twice and you are absolutely right, the customer service in this hotel is by far the best! whether you stay alone or with family, they treat you like royalty no matter the suite and length of stay. I would recommend this place to anyone and don't be afraid to take your kids, the staff is excellent with children. Another great story by Lartisien!

My fantasy!

I worked in this hotel, this hotel is luxurious and luxurious only for the rich, but the workers working in the lower session feel suffocated and restricted here, the reason is that the higher level workers are in the lower session. They divide the low level workers into teams and make them work but they consider themselves as the boss as if they are the owner of this hotel and also abuse and use bad words. The main reason for this is that the low level workers are mostly students who are less educated. Exploited by paying salary and without work visa

You can't work in Singapore without a permit. How did you work here not having one? Are you a trainee? Everyone from foreign countries needs a work visa. Be it work permit, S pass or EP. So I'm curious how you worked without a work visa?

@@Dumpylumpy90 every student is working in restaurants, hotels, bar, barber shop, parcel delivery and many other places.The Singapore government is aware of this and it benefits them because an employee will have to be paid more salary but a student will be able to work for less or half salary.

Asian‘s hotel are way better than those in EU and US, especially China, and its prices are very cheap, just simply go Ritz Carlton, Nanjing, Waldorf Astoria Xiamen, Mandarin Orietal Beijing many more, those will blow your mind.

Nah, i wil say other parts of Asia is great but not China. China is just the next North korea where you dont know when you can get brought for investigation. No businessmen feel safe in China. Try imagine, even Jack ma the richest of the richest can just be "disappeared and appear" with now different demeanor.

@Stéphane P You miss my point. I don't want to get into a French vs. English debate. As Canadian, who spent some of my childhood in Quebec, ( Canada. The only bilingual French-English country in the world? ) this is an old, not interesting ( tired) issue.I just asked a question. Nothing more.

Since Lartisien is a french company with french founders, it made more sense to switch to french langage to keep their authenticity when reviewing and presenting the hotels. We hope you are enjoying our videos.
