Just had a conversation with Lawrence a couple days ago about how he got chosen for this so it's really cool to see some props being made with his active account and that he still drops into Roblox and interacts with his community. Watching this video makes it really hit me just how few of us are left. The community was just different back then. I miss it, but it's awesome to see this little game we all found when we were kids grow into this massive platform which most of us either worked for, or have worked on, or BOTH! I know this may be a bit random but as an active sword fighting player, the genre has kind of died out. I feel like just one tiny boost will do a lot. It would mean a lot to the whole community of sf (sword fighting) to make a video on it. If you need some games for footage there will be games down below (all sf games) Custom Duels (CD) Sword Fighting Facility (SFF) Sword Fight and Flex Your Time (SFAFYT) (any steal time game, this is just one for example.) Disputant Those are just a few games, but the competitive side of sf is called clanning. This is a very important part of roblox sfing as you can find some really skilled players. Try going over some of the clans and their history if possible. I hope you can see this and do what I wish. day 2.

the sword fighting community on roblox NEEDS to die out, its dying out because its filled with toxic people and exploiters and people end up leaving the community because its just not friendly and also its easy to get caught up in things and end up getting your account hacked. Also, roblox sword fighting hasnt died out that much in my opinion, plus i feel like the community should just stay how it is honestly

as we grow we see legends come and go, It's been 10 years since i started playing roblox and i already miss the feeling of meeting the old and nice players now, it makes me sad how we grow and leave us behind.

Such fine ride through the line.. yet until we all realize that our community changes from time to time, especially when there's just little bit of only active, yet very old ROBLOX accounts that exist there. I may not be an OG, but I sure as hell know that in the end, we might always end up being those who we were in the past, the good players, former ROBLOX workers (or still workers for ROBLOX), and all in one. What a fun ride, yet we all make mistakes at some point. *_The Legacy of ROBLOX shall remain noticed._*

Never trust an og account unless they can verifiably prove that they're not a PG. The only reason I can personally prove I'm not a PG is because my old username includes my first name

@@genericfriend2568 That's interesting to learn. The clever thing I did is that my username is in fact a mirror of my actual name, specifically the initials are a mirror of my actual name. However, people have tried to PG me in the past and cause of this I had to set up a password that's about 100 characters long and at this point I don't think I'm going to keep the account safe forever as I plan on moving on from the platform pretty soon and carrying on with my life.

Lawrence isn’t the oldest he’s just the oldest that is confirmable because of images There are older ones than him this is fact, it’s just we wont ever know unless you personally befriend them and message them and find more information about them There’s also another potential factor which is a user who’s account is old like let’s say ID 100 or something, but that account is password guessed but they have proof that it’s their account, and they now use another account If it was confirmable I would say they are the oldest user since they are, they just lost access to that account now

7:52 We do actually know why this happened, I started playing ROBLOX in 2010 and this was more commonly known around the time it happened. I can't fully remember the details so take it with a grain of salt, but this is the general gist: There was some sort of glitch in studio (i think) where when you create player models using real player ids and place them over a badge tile and click run, they would be awarded the real badge. Someone either botted or just manually got grinding on a lot of earlier accounts and a couple other people who knew the method did the same.

No, I will not tell you the username. Stop asking. I own an OG account. Personally, I am NOT the actual owner of it. It was a gift to me from someone which I knew who had created it. But it’s cool to play in a OG account which was not pg’d. And it’s nice of that to not be too. Because I’ve preserved everything on it that way people can actually know what 2007 was like. Thanks for finally solving this.

Great video, but I do believe that this entire concept is flawed, not your video but Kreek’s terms. Most likely, the true “Oldest Active Roblox Player” is either seen as a PGed account or was an administrator at some point. If someone has stuck with Roblox for so long, it is likely that they would want to contribute in some way and maybe become Forum Mods, Developers, or 3D Modelers which would disqualify them. These types of players are the only ones that would have the history to prove that they aren’t PGed so eliminating them wouldn’t really help the challenge. I do understand that eliminating the main administrators is essential. This would include Erick, David, and Shedletsky but not players who decided to become administrators or contributors of their own accord after playing Roblox for some time. Going back to the PGed players in the end you can’t tell for most. You are expecting that players will stick with the first account they make for Roblox throughout their entire journey. I’ve been playing Roblox since 2010 and I have dozens of accounts in old emails that would look PGed. Even my main does due to inactivity during the time it was created but that’s because I simply switched to another alt or made the account on a whim and stored it in an email. This is way more common in the SFing community as I know of plenty of OG’s that have switched to other accounts and just decided to log in later, me included with my current main account. Overall, good video but administrators who weren’t employees when ROBLOX was first made public should have been used. Keep up the good work!

If u want to pg here are some basic methiods that most pgers like me use: if the username is cooljimmy123 than the pass might be jimmy12 or jimmy123 or jimmy23 or jimmy1234 or jimmy13. Here are some passwords that could work no matter the user fighting24 or Hall0ween or qwerty or qwerty123 or qwertyuiop or asdfghjkl or abc123 or password123 or 123password or bloxing123 or letmein or bobonet32 or 1234 or 12345678 or 12345 or abcdef123 or l0l0l0l or robloxpassword or coolestkid123 (that’s it enjoy your new pging method from MrMoney the pass guesser Rember pging requires waiting a lot of waiting)

Crazy how I realized years have passed. I started to notice what's with the ID's and checked my current in-use account which is around two-billionth. And my very first Roblox account being around 50million and the second one being at 80million. I didn't know how many Roblox account have been made at this point. One of my current Roblox friends is at the 2million mark. This is just amazing how much the community has grew.

You say that the Veteran badge appearing first is a red flag, but according to the wiki, the Bloxxer badge was only released in December 2006. The other KO based badges' creation dates is unknown to me but if this is anywhere similar to those, then you can't rule out older accounts based on this alone. I say this because I noticed my 06er friend Firefeind1 who is the brother of a super old moderator, has his veteran badge appear right before his combat badge. If the badge was around for the whole year of 06 (unlikely), I also don't think it's entirely unreasonable for someone to have not had 10 KOs within their first year. Imagine using a 2006 computer trying to compete in Combat.. Not even that, imagine trying to daily a 3d game with a 2006 PC... And what if u just didn't often play games where you could get killed, what if u only used it for personal building, looking at more showcase type games, (what if the badge just wasn't available ..) I remember going into a whole exploit game to get myself up to 250 KOs after my third !! year of playing in 2013. There was always a lot more to play than just sword fighting. Some ppl weren't into that. Also, the KO badges only counted a very specific type of leaderboard setup, u had to have KO's in the leaderboard or something. I should've easily had 250 KOs by 2013 because I was playing sword fighting tournament since day 1 but somehow I didn't, and I had to afk this KO giver for half an hour to get my bloxxer badge. edit: added 2nd paragraph

I still have my roblox account from 2008, still use it too. Even though I changed the name and all that. Seeing how the platform evolved over the years, it's been a ride. Still remember a lot of things fondly, like getting the Nemesis Egg from the 2010 egg hunt at the last hour, or sweating and trembling so hard as I got the MVP trophy for the Halloween Paintball event in 2011, or even trolling around dressed up like a Guest.

I met a player that made his account really early, he just started playing roblox again after years and i met him in natural disaster survival, he friended me and he plays occasionally

Somehow got recommended this vid and made me check into my Roblox account again xD Didn't even know getting PG'd was a thing but luckily my account isn't so old that it got hit. I do remember thinking my account got hacked when some of those badges suddenly appeared on my badge list, haha, so it was just one of those glitches? I don't have all of the badges weirdly enough, and no Tetromino hats in sight in my inventory... Most of my nieces and nephews tend to not believe that I used to play so I end up having to login to prove it -- the reaction is priceless seeing an account made in 2007. xD At most I've updated my character to a newer body in the times that I've logged back in to do this, but no further change. I didn't even think accounts went back as far as 2006, I thought the game first came out in `07, ngl

Old accounts were getting pged because back then roblox 2 step verification didn't existed and on top of that back then in 2006 people were stupid and not worried about hackers so most of the time they would type very easy passwords to guess

Adding on top of that the fact the earliest accounts were rare so hackers usually would target them combining with the fact 2 step verification didn't existed and back then people were stupid and using easy passwords to guess it ended up with hackers clearing old roblox accounts

It crazy how many accounts have been lost, sold and repurposed. I have only my 1 alt left from 2008. I rarely used it then, rarely use it now. I try to find accounts of people I knew or knew of and invariably they aren’t the original owner. The worst is when people get those old accounts and pretend to be that person for *real*. Ran across a ‘Dignity’ variant claiming to be the ‘official’ one but it didn’t take long to debunk that. Such is life, I guess.

This video makes me want to use a time machine to go back to 2006 and create an account and play on it for 17 years

drewvr might be one. but its possible its just a pg. he doesnt have the verified hat but he has the verified sign. this means he has the email the account was made on as in one of your past videos you reviewed a security lock. this lock also happens on old accs with the verified sign. so he has the email for sure. i have also seen him in studio a lot. as of writing this the last online is a week ago. but he is also friended to verified players. just a thought.

I wanted to weigh in and say I personally PG’d ID 96 back in 2016 when the DB got leaked. It was the user noahmg1. I lost my freaking mind. It was the 96th user ever created, to my knowledge the oldest account ever cracked. Roblox very quickly noticed that one of the oldest accounts just came back online after a recent breach and locked the account. I tried to email pretending to be the user from the email but it didn’t work unfortunately and they just deleted the account.

my first ever acc was bellaspiritgrace. just added part of my name and a random word 💀 i also had another account that i got a turtle on my first aussie egg in adopt me. named it lucky. forgot the password though, tried everything i thought i could've chosen. it's not like i play adopt me nowadays anyway

i mean reverse_polarity is id 1315 and he's definitely not pged. also cuyler was another user actively foruming from 2006 all the way to 2017. tbh tho lawrence yamut has plenty of proof to show he's still the original owner, but i still think cuyler being the oldest active roblox account could still be possible if he was able to provide proof he still is the original owner.

There is an account labeled 689.71 which is still active, it was a joke from an admin to change his friends number and he is not PG'd, however he just got permanantly banned for the ID number

Yes someone had access to my account in like 2014~ (could check msgs but idc) for a little, and I got it back due to me being the owner AFTER he stole my hats :(. I actually live in the same house I did when I created my account, no clue if that helped or not. I won't disagree on that one! Still have the messages from him aswell. Does my old steam account that was made in 07' having the same '982' at the end give any substance to it? Or how about my old gaiaonline, with the name Shadow in it?
