In my humble opinion, ballroom dancers have the best physiques ever. They are neither too thin, nor too fat, and are perfectly proportioned. Good muscle definition without being bulky. They must be SO fit, too! Superb.

Stunning I can watch for hours ! They make it look so easy but it’s extremely challenging especially with all the couples trying to dance around each other. Their bodies are so tight and toned from all their endless work and rehearsals. Gorgeous dancing 💃🏻 🕺🏾 🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️❤️

ikr? but as far as ive known there are rules as to how the circle rotates in a dance floor so those who leads (men) has to be aware and make space for their partners (women) to move in a freely spot. Since these kind of competitions are held in heats with more than 6 couples in one

Cant chose one couple they r all excellent dancers lots of practice, hard work, disipline. They all deserve to win

The costumes are absolutely stunning! I would love to see a documentary about this type of dance, the preparation process, daily exercise/workouts, eating habits, etc that dancers follow to prepare for competitions.

What i love about sport Dance events most is that they look more like a party than a serious competition, and they look like they are genuinely enjoying what they're doing, love it so much♥️

this is stunning in so many ways that I can't even express it. I think they all are out of this world. they do dance marvelous and you can notice how much they love dancing but also all the hard work they had to put on it to be this great at it! I truly hope dancers won't ever stop this. Cuz will be so sad not being able to appreciate such a piece of art like is this

Agreed!…. I’m reading all these comments about how great these dancers are and I just don’t see it. The exaggerated movement and ridiculous facial expressions are hard to watch.

Just watched some of the most talented, and fittest, artistic athletes in the world. I am sure in this artistic dance sport, that the judges could nick pick a winner, but to my untrained eye , every couple there dancing, could be , should be, and is a winner. Amazing dance people. Bravissimo!

Думаю, здесь одни только профессионалы работают. Я смотрела и на других, многие там спотыкаются, то сталкиваются , то движения не важные. А тут просто, летают порхают, не задевая других пар. Только номер 160, девушка чуть затормозила, остала от партнёра. Особенно мне очень понравилось, начало самба 1,2 и румба 1,2. Уже сотый раз пересматриваю , а на другие даже не захожу. Супер, каждая пара, просто шикарно, молодцы. 👌👍 Спасибо автору.

Glamour, elegancia, destreza y arte imparcial, absoluto. Sin duda este tipo de disciplina artística es sin lugar a dudas irrefutable en cuanto a la perfección física que adicciona a quien la practica indistinto de géneros, no hay un solo participante que no derroche sensualidad y total actractivos, cuerpos que rayan en los ideales de estética tras un arduo trabajo de años, mi total admiración y aplausos de pie para todos...los ritmos bellísimos en despliegue, en particular el paso doble con la pasión en los poros cutáneos eriza la piel...que inmaculado el trabajo de todos los caballeros, sin menospreciar la natural sensualidad de las damas, creo que ellos lucen con un empeño formidable... felicitaciones a todos y mis votos porque siga siempre vivo cualquier tipo de arte, la forma de la esencia humana que enriquece y aporta sostenidamente...👌👏👏👏

they're all so beautiful. i don't get the harsh expression most of them have. they don't appear relax. i guess i would love to see more emotional connection in a couple and a sign that they're enjoying themselves and each other rather than it all being about for show or performance only

I agree. It looks artificial, even though they are technically perfect, there seems to be no joy in it, no spontaneous enjoyment. The posture especially of the men seems very forced and unnatural.

Dancing is so much fun when you have a good partner! Love Watching it and the outfits are great! Fun 🤩

@@joetesta3352 I have been considering getting down on my knees and heading in the direction of the nearest shrine (which happens to be a short jog from my home :-)) but, as a typical doubting Thomas, I started to doubt whether god/God/the gods would stoop to thinking about such trivial matters as those which regard a bunch of soulless and musicality-free ballroom dancers.

Pertelote 45. Ahhhh!!! Such healthy cynicism. It warms my heart. But please, please do not jog to the shrine. Remember your bad knees. Highly recommend you go by bicycle or even better, catch a ride. (ha ha). After decades of involvement and watching so many of these videos in recent times, I've come to the declaration that its taken some half a century, but dance sport has finally reached a milestone in its evolution. It now truly has it all. THE GOOD, THE BAD, AND THE UGLY. I feel as if we are two hounds barking at the tree for the same reason. Regards and enjoy.

Last year I started, well, jogging/running to the shrine ( I know, I know ...) to the mild amazement of the faithful and you can probably guess how it ended (the good, the bad, and the ugly for two months :-)) The funny (?) thing is dancesport in my country used to be generally called "social dance"; today, if you simply want to learn to dance a little in order to socialise it is still called exactly that. I do not recall when the transition from its (primarily?) social function to the highly competitive sport for the extremely fast and the particularly brown-faced of today took place (bow-wow, bow-wow, said the no-longer fast or brown-faced dog ...).

I agree that the Latin vibe is completely lost here. All of the dances look virtually the same, begins with a Latin walk, then a lightening quick spin, looooong dramatic pause with contrived facial pose then repeat for next 8 count. Sad as the dancers are first class.

Нет я конечно , знала ,что есть танцы и они примерно такие , но сегодня я начала смотреть и слёзы брызнули из моих глаз !!! Это невероятно !!! Это сложно и красиво и тут столько экспрессии и энергии !!! Браво !!!
