It still irks me how project hot tub was canceled and never got to see the light of day. It seemed like the most ambitious PVZ game and everyone who worked on it was really passionate about it. It probably would have been amazing if it came out.

What annoys me the most is project hot tub was cancelled for a Star Wars game WHICH WAS ALSO CANCELLED

With each Brando video I watch, I’m always left speechless and even more impressed at how well done your work is. It’s so polished that I’m sometimes concerned and curious at how do you manage to add so many small yet impactful things to a video. Flabbergasted and amazed as always, seriously keep it up.

For a first iceberg, this is amazing! I subscribed after your recent video on the cannibalism theory, I feel that it was really intriguing though it seems a bit off taking account of the comic series. There's another cancelled PvZ Game: The original PvZ Mobile It's a port of the GOTY version but with some new and cut content. It got discontinued beause of the release of Plants vs. Zombies FREE

The AR sunflower mode doesnt allow you to feed it sun. The plant food button on the side of the screen makes the sunflower do it's plant food effect so you could take a picture of it doing that.

Man i wish you the best with the future of this channel. I hope you'll make more videos like this, i really loved the style. You could make the transitions before entries a bit longer, but that's the only thing that you could improve, great job

Taking a look at Garden Warfare's EARLIEST concept art with all the art direction and mild gore and guns, I would really love to see such an edgy, more mature themed take on the franchise, totally the opposite from Battle for Neighborville's cartoony approach and GW2's sci-fi.

Although, maybe you should rename the video to "Canceled/Discontinued PvZ games Iceberg", because cancelled means to not happen in the first place, while some of these things were just stopped or deleted after being released, but still great job!

Great video (just subscribed)! I think you missed a game, though. I do not remember where or when, but there was art from a canceled rpg rogue-like pvz game, which featured as "heroes" a mage sunflower, a wallnut (which was a kinght, i guess?) and possibly a peashooter. Since it was at a really early stage of development, I think the only images of it are one with the charcters and one with the design of a possible "dungeon" room

Luckily, I played dozen of the removed games, back then I obsesses with PvZ, so I create a Chinese Appstore account, All Star, Journey to The West, even the book which I open and don't know what it is since it Chinese and before PvZ2 have level stuff, which I max out everything, I discover that the Chinese version of PvZ2 is wayyyy more interesting, good time btw. I would say the PvZ theme is very suit for the handheld like PSP, 3DS, I wish It could release on those, so we have preservation, it suck that some of them is online, Chinese only and been removed, what a waste of art.

I dont know if its still in some arcades but I remember there was a arcade pvz game in my local arcade, it was called something crappy like pvz water or something and you would control it by a frozen pea shooters head and it would shoot actual water on the screen

There isn't a game called PvZ Forever. PvZ Forever is the internal codename for PvZ Match. Also, Battle for Neighborville isn't canceled. It's discontinued. The same goes for Garden Warfare 1, and 2. They're discontinued live service games.

I played alot of pbz adventures on my mom’s laptop I was extremely mad when it got canceled because I had probably 200 hours playtime though I am still happy they kept the bamboo shoot in garden warfare 1 which I still play alot

probably noone remebers this, but back in late 2020, i think, there was a plants vs zombies game on messenger, where you could merge plants. anyone possibly knows how can i play this game? i cant find any information about it.

Dont know if it was official or not but I remember there being this plants vs zombies burger king kids toy it was a small console, a bit smaller than a standard controller the gameplay was basically moving a peashooter across 3 lanes with the 2 buttons on the left and shooting at randomly spawning zombies with the button on the right. I guess it isn't really cancelled thus not being shown in the video. I havent seen it be mentioned anywhere so i thought it would be an interesting thing to bring up
