I have 8 dogs. All adopted from the streets. They all weep loudly when I leave and they all wait for me by the gate . When I arrive they get so excited they dont know what to do with themselves. I'M SO BLESSED .

Been around well over 7 decades. One solid universal truth I have found is that people who are kind to animals are good people. Though the instances of the converse seem rare, they seem to be equally true. And I have come to believe that people who are indifferent to animals, especially to wild animals, lack something in their souls.

I worked in Africa for 3 years protecting elephants from poachers. Certain small heard I became friendly with. The scene here with the elephants brought back good memories and a few tears thanks.

@@Threemore650 Thank you. Unfortunately lifestyle related diseases have exploded since 1970's. Here are more Alzheimer deaths than anywhere else. Finnish school childrens' PISA results have dropped dramatically recently. We are destroying our nature and our government encourages to do so. Not very smart thing to do. Also, Finnish people have found to be most racist nation in Europe. So no, I can't be proud of being Finnish. Not at this point.

My Mum's Father fell and broke his hip and my mother used to go and visit him in the next village, my Mum's Buffalo used to go with her for about, half a mile and then come back home, crying! When my Mum would come back home, to see to us children's needs, The Buffalo would know and go and meet at the half mile, and go and meet my Mother, crying with happiness and bring her back home, with so much happiness! The Duck and The Dog, used to also show love and affection, as if they were Human's!
