Running is the best sport in the world... until you get injured. While I'm no doctor, today I thought I'd talk about the ways that we can tackle the overwhelming feeling of being sidelined by injury while training for your next race, wether that be a sprint, 5k or marathon.

    hi! i've been injured 5 months of being injured. currently going into 11th grade with a goal of going division 1 in uni for cross country, but I'm not so sure anymore. glad to see I'm not alone, enjoy your day :)
