Even if she didn’t wreck the marriage herself, she did Lily so much wrong. Right after birth, when the pregnancy body doesn’t go away as quickly, when everything hurts physically because you just have given birth to a little human, when you’re not feeling the most confident and your time becomes all your baby’s, that’s when women need attention and nurturing the most. I wouldn’t be with a man that leaves the mother of his child alone in one of the hardest stages in her life as it is motherhood. And the fact that she had to deal with all that publicly, it also affects the child as the mother taking care of him is not well, it is demonstrated that it has an effect on milk production. So, so disappointing that the other woman couldn’t understand that

I saw someone (maybe on Twitter?) say that for so long, Ariana was able to get away with bad behavior due to everyone still wanting to see her as the sugar-sweet Cat Valentine-esque character that she first entered the scene as. She had this kind of image that almost made people want to jump to protect her as if she were a child. Then the Ethan Slater thing happened and it was just such a distinctly adult controversy that people couldn't just keep pretending that she was some helpless little girl who didn't know better. Not to say that the sweet little girl image was entirely her fault (she didn't create Cat Valentine),but she definitely did seem to play into it when she knew It would help her.. Because she grew up wealthy she prolly wasn’t told “No” a lot growing up, so when she’s told “No” NOW, she sees it as a challenge. The bigger the challenge, the greater the satisfaction maybe??? I mean she did go from stealing boyfriends to fiancés (big Sean cause him and Nya were engaged at the time) and now an actual married man who’s an even bigger challenge not just because he’s married but because he’s a father now too. Idk y Ethan was so stupid to literally give up his marriage, being a father to his son, fucked up his reputation. I didn’t know who he was before the scandal, but he seemed pretty successful at least but this scandal is gonna damage his reputation and he’s gonna be known as the asshole who wasted 10 years of his high school sweetheart’s life and time by leaving her for someone that’s notorious for cheating. Also something to note is that her relationships seem to be where she’s in control, where the power imbalance is in her favor and she has power over the men in her life. Cause a lot of her partners it’s where she’s the more famous one, and before Ethan-Dalton wasn’t really famous but he did work with celebs but he isn’t one himself (at least from what I know), that’s smth I’m curious about

This Comment is freaking GOLD, you’re so right about a narc being born! Plenty other ppl have daddy issues like Mariah and Xtina but unlike Ariana , they came from humble beginnings. I really HATE entitled ppl who think they can have whatever they want. I grew up with a horrible younger sibling like that. As the youngest, he was coddled the MOST by my mom. And even now in his 20s he still acts like a child if things don’t go his way. Back to topic, we don’t know for sure if Dalton cheated. If so, there’s still a chance Ariana cheated first with Ethan. She made Dalton sign an NDA so he can’t tell his side of the story. Only she can tell hers!!

The title of this video is a little misleading. While I agree with this, I don’t feel that it touched on the actual psychology and was more opinionated. I believe Ari has no excuse to be doing the things she does, but you also should also be looking at her time on Nick. More people have been coming out about how traumatizing it was working with Dan. I do think that could have affected Ari a great amount. Like I said this is not justification of her actions. Her actions are still horrible! I’m just giving criticism on how this could go more psychologically in depth on why she could act the way she does. Just saying someone is insecure and using that as an excuse for everything is not actually analyzing anything. This feels like more of a ranting to your best friend about the girl you don’t like video than a psychological analysis on someone’s behavior.

I believe Ariana loved being sexualized at a young age tbh. It fits her personality completely. She was already writing highly sexual music at that age even if it didn't get released which is what her mother confirmed. She was not like Jeanette who was forced into being in Hollywood as a child. Man, we females are too emotional for our own good. Ari releases a couple sad breakup seranades and tugs on the feminine heart strings of "broken love". Everyone starts putting themselves in her shoes in the narrative, and forgets the original story... and the entire public shifts in her favor, as if this entire album ISNT A P.R. STUNT? Always make yourself look like the victim so your own sins are diminished. She simply made an album last second to make herself look like the victim of her marriage despite breaking up another. Not that I think this is the case (at all), but there are people with hyper metabolisms who nourish themselves properly and still look too thin. Being that thin is *usually* a sign there's something wrong, but there's more than enough room for error and we shouldn't assume a person's healthy by their outward appearance.
