I never been disappointed at any PDQ car wash. I must say I like both the Tandem and LaserWash systems, no ProTouch ICON in our area, perhaps we will get one soon. I have been through a tunnel wash system from PDQ and does an excellent job every time! Keep up the great work. Would like to see a car wash system with the oval track.

I do not believe we have that video available for operators online, so you would need to contact your distributor for a copy, or contact us at marketing@pdqinc.com and we could send you a link. I also had someone look into your account request and had them set it up, so you should be able to log into our website now, although the ICON information will most likely not be added until your machine is slated to ship.

Full wash cycles can vary greatly depending on site configuration and the owner’s preferences. We had a video at the 2012 Car Care World Expo that showed a full wash cycle on a top and bottom package, which is currently only available through our distribution channel.

Why is a laserwash 4000 dryer in this bay?

Rodj, there was a LaserWash 4000 in this wash bay previously that was replaced with a ProTouch ICON and the owner opted to keep the stand-alone dryer as an extra service option.

Do you guys know if any of these have been installed in Charlotte?

Makes me nervous. I'd rather go with a G5 or Tandem.
