(The Jews also falsely claim that he is the high priest of Salem, Melchizedek in a vain attempt to discredit Christ claim of being a priest in the order of Melchizedek.)

Unfortunately there are a few errors: 1. The gospels were written in Greek, so "Hebrew Matthew" is a translation; it's strange to use it to prove the were vowel markers in the 1st century. There is no empirical evidence for that. 2. Every manuscript has variants (including the MT and the proto-MT) and you can even see that in the ancient and medieval manuscripts and the ancient translations.

one comment: not "for" all will be fulfilled, but "until" all is fulfilled; meaning as each item is fulfilled, it passes away... So, for example, the final Sabbath rest has not yet been fulfilled, so the Sabbath commandment still stands, BUT the Passover sacrifice HAS been fulfilled by the "Lamb Who was slain" (Yeshua) and Whose blood is for our atonement (ON the very day of the Passover), thus fulfilling the type/shadow), and there no longer remains ANY sacrifice for sin. [Hebrews 5, 7, 10] shalom

If Jesus was saying that, then he’d be an apostate. YHWHs Torah is everlasting; it still stands. According to His Torah, blood isn’t required to atone for sins. The Passover sacrifice isn’t a sin sacrifice; it is a MEMORIAL sacrifice…to bring glory to YHWH for what He did in the Exodus. Passover is Israel’s Independence Day celebration. It can’t take away sins.

@@AbrahamsBridges if the Israelites (or Egyptians) weren't in the house and "covered by the blood" (of the lamb on the doorpost) they would have died--this is typology for what the Lamb did for us; one sacrifice, once for all. We can "celebrate" as a memorial of both the exodus from Egypt and our exodus from the Kingdom of Darkness (if/when we are translated into the Kingdom of Light by His atoning blood--the blood of the "first-born"). According to torah, blood is 100% required for to atone for sin (hence the entire sacrificial system; "without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sin"). YHVH's "torah" (the Ten Commandments) stand forever, however, YHVH told us through Jeremiah that there would be a new covenant UNLIKE that made with the Fathers: "31 “Behold, days are coming,” declares the Lord, “when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah, 32 not like the covenant which I made with their fathers on the day I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant which they broke, although I was a husband to them,” declares the Lord. 33 “For this is the covenant which I will make with the house of Israel after those days,” declares the Lord: “I will put My law within them and write it on their heart; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. 34 They will not teach again, each one his neighbor and each one his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them,” declares the Lord, “for I will forgive their wrongdoing, and their sin I will no longer remember.” This was fulfilled in Yeshua. shalom

@@suzanholland Blood isn’t required to atone for sins. Keep studying. Here is one example: for those who can’t afford an animal as a sin offering, he can bring fine flour. Flour is a plant (Lev 5:11). Also, when Israel is cast out of land for disobeying the covenant, in a place where there is no ability to bring sacrifices, God will restore them (Deut 30:4). Even Jesus taught many, many times that eternal life for Israel is dependent upon obedience to the Law (Matt 19:17). Blood isn’t required. Belief in Jesus means following his faith. He was a Jew. YHWH shows mercy to those who love Him and keep his commandments. His commandments teach us to repent from sins and turn to him and he will have compassion and grace and mercy. It’s the same message of the prophets. Though your sins are as scarlet, they shall be white as snow, just turn back to God. No sacrificing required. Our prayers can go up to God as our sacrifices. “The bulls of our lips.” Read what you wrote to me about the New Covenant. It isnt actually new; it only has new promises. God will write His Law on Israel’s heart. His Law is His Torah. His Torah would be within them. Think about it, if the new covenant were in effect right now, why are Christians still evangelizing? Study the new covenant in Ezekiel and Jeremiah. When it happens, We will no longer be teaching our brothers to know YHWH, because everyone will know Him. And Even if Israel breaks the covenant, YHWH will forgive and keep His end of the covenant. This was his promise. In the first Passover, the lamb’s blood only covered the FIRSTBORNS. Nobody else was harmed. In the Exodus, YHWH took out a “mixed multitude” of gentiles; these gentiles didn’t have the blood of the lamb on their doorposts; only Israelites had blood of lamb (exodus 12:38).

(Heb 9:22) The Brit Hadasha is the "New Covenant in His blood" (Luke 22:20 and 1 Cor 11:25) and Isaiah 53 makes VERY clear that His shed blood was to atone for the sins of the World. shalom
