Find a local farm that takes care of their animals and produces raw A2 milk. One that allows their animals to roam free on fresh pastures. Grass fed cows/goats, consuming little to no grains and are free from antibiotics. Pasteurisation of milk kills most, if not all of the important vitamins we used to get from milk (vitamin D, A, K, magnesium, potassium & calcium). It also inactivates the lactase enzyme which is what helps us digest milk. It's why most people have lactose intolerance/sensitivities. Not to mention the hormones that these cows are filled with. Our bodies aren't getting anything from the supermarket milk.

I would expect a non-black person to not mention scripture that states the color of Jesus’ feet and the texture of His hair and the location where He was born and lived which supports that Jesus was black. So sad when truths are presented and a person will state an opinion that is in direct contradiction with scripture.

@Tanya Gibbins Many Islamic scriptures say he was brown and had black woolly hair just like any person from Palestine at the time. But we dont need to discuss it. We already had many brown and black prophets so there is no need for this discussion. I wish you didnt have to single out black people and generalize them in your comment.

@Sofia X I am not a Muslim and i do not know anything about Islam my queen. I only know that whie arabs and white turks hate us Blacks. I liked the most honorable Elijah Muhammad because he taught me alot. Im only 47 years old and im still learning sis. So pardon me for not knowing about your Islamic religion. The most honorable Elijah Muhammad taught me that Islam was my natural religion but i have a hard time excepting Islam because of the racist white arabs and white turks who call Black people monkeys and baboons.

@@shaunigothictv1003 please learn Islam not from Elijah Muhammad but from the Quran and sunnah. Thank you, May Allah guide you. As for the description of Jesus (pbuh), one narration described him as red skinned with moles on his face, another said he was brown. Though the first narration has more reports than the second one so it's most likely true that he was fair skinned. And there's nothing wrong with that, Musa (pbuh) was described as very dark skinned with straight black hair. The color of these men mean little compared to their character and wisdom, most believers will focus on their stories and how to follow them, rather than on how they looked. And Allah knows best.

honey is decent, olive oil in low amonuts is ok, but the 3 other one's are pretty much bad advice. Vinegar removes minerals from the body, because the body tries to balance the acidity and sooner or later has to use the minerals in the bones to keep up, so you end up dissolving teeth and bones over the years, salt is dehydrating and pickles the liver over time - as vinegar does as well - it should be used in as low amounts as far it is you bearable. The Fruits he talked about are perfectly fine.
