Is the most evil business in the world selling property training courses for ridiculous prices that you can read in a book?

Try hard to get a job in a skilled profession or trade and let work determine your education and increase your value that way, Get experience contacts go private or contracting then independently start up or invest. @@Strikeitbig I think you have missed the point somewhat - no responsible channel has everyone on it to 'state their case' and particularly not when they are then not actively challenged by yourselves as interviewers. (Although his comments about suing everyone make him look delusional, so he may be damning himself by appearing). There are many concerns about Samuel Leeds actively promoting a 'get rich quick' scheme in property - all of which is in the public domain and of which he is clearly aware. As a channel it looks like you are colluding with him and his approach - which doesn't reflect well on the integrity of your channel.

Hi, this is the biggest problem people face and there is no quick fix. If you sit down and make a budget you will know where your money is going, if you don’t you will never know where it went. Save what you can, no matter how small and try to find a side job / hustle. We are set up to fail if we follow how 90% of people live, so we have to break free from what we have been taught to accept. Hope this helps. MT 🤔
