I have an aluminum splitter and without support bars the down force deflects the splitter above 135 mph which will snap the bumper tabs and pull the bumper loose from the clamshell.

Professional Awesome Racing has some great mounting hardware as well

What coating are you guys using on the plywood? Looks better than paint

How thick is the birch wood? 1/4", 1\2" ect...?

Where do i get those lifts ?

Check our Coosa Board for splitter material... usually better weight/stiffness/durability compromises to plywood and most composites... it may be a good choice for you.

It’s made out of birch wood ??
