@@caitlinmarie49 I didn’t know what it was made from guess I missed that part. Another thing is I watched a video about them selling fake rice and some other foods. I bought a fake watermelon about a month ago. It was like sponge. I wanted to show my son in law those melons weren’t real so I bought another one. The inside was like gel and long white strings. The manager removed them from the shelves or box. People couldn’t believe it they weren’t real fruit.

Bring back the memory of seeing this man compete in TV champions, the tv show. I still remember his floating spaghetti and realistic shabu set. My dumb brain doesn't recognize him at first since he's older now. But I still remember his hands. I'm glad that his craft still gave joy to him. When I visited Japan, I was astounded at how real looking the fake food was in restaurants. They have them outside instead of a menu, so you can actually see what you get. And what you do get is very close to what is shown on the outside. It's no wonder they were able to make them look as real, its cuz of people like this who dedicated their life to the art.

Nah, no therapist needed. It's modesty of the man, plus the love for his art that moves one to tears. Too many people in North American society don't enjoy their job, are violence inspired, or cynical. To be able to feel free of that for just a few minutes can bring such feelings of relief that, yes, you might be brought to tears.

Not even close ... lettuce that looks like that very much has a CRUNCH sound when you chop through it ... when he sliced there was barely any resistance and you mostly hear the knife hitting the cutting board.

Do you guys know they sell these stuff as real food to other countries and people get poisoned eating them? It's art to you, but there is an evil agenda hidden behind it.
