Some people can do book keeping and accounting for 6 companies, some people can unite a team of 40 strangers into a smooth running machine, and some people can move heavy objects much more easily than others. There's no need to design every task and function so that absolutely anyone could carry them out. No pun intended. We are the most social animals on the planet, all that's needed is knowledge of your own strengths and weaknesses, recognition of other people's strengths and weaknesses, and a little teamwork.

This could easily be resolved with light electrric pump trucks.. Many firms have been using thatt for years n years. All about money.

Pumping the truck more would not have made a difference as the pellet was not dragging on the floor the issue was the wheels stuck in a hole

you pump it too high the pallet will easily tip over and probably be destroyed. i used to be a driver sometimes when getting these monster 1 ton pallets i would just leave it at the obstacle and the customer would have to carry it in themselves.

Well 4 years on and nothing has improved for me with this. Day in day out 20 plus drops a day. The same issues with rough ground and dropped kerbs. Still getting stuck , still coming home knackered with aches and pains from doing this. Still waiting for the magical solution.
