From Secrid customer service: Unfortunately, our wallets are not made for metal cards, as we do not have them in the Netherlands. Metal cards weigh more than the others, therefore the felt does not hold them as strongly. We are working on a solution for this.

i fixed it by pressing thick paper from a box behind the felt. it holds in the grooves perfectly and its been there for 2 years and i forgot about it :D

I store 3 metal cards in my secrid and was concerned about losing them in a tussle. I ended up cutting two thin slivers of the soft side of heavy duty velcro, I put them in the sides of the wallet underneath the original red bits of felt with tweezers and now even my heaviest card feels super secure even with the most vigorous and unrealistically harsh shake tests.

Had the same problem. Sent it back. They repaired it for free. Free shipping too.

Either put more cards in or scratch the red felt a bit. They also have good repair services to replace the red felt. I had the same problem over time though but only after a few years. The problem is common with only 1-2-3 cards though

On the inside you have felt(red)on both sides, take a key and scratch both sides, then try to see if they still fall out easily. If they are good it is ok and if they are still loose you will try until they are good. It works 😉 👍🏻

I guess you could use it that way. The band is there to hold cash. So it wasn’t what the band was designed for, to keep the cards from coming out.

Same problem with Ekster. Really disappointing given how much they cost. So tired of trends, focus on functional!

Sooooo dont get a metal card? Its an ALUMINUM wallet. Metal and aluminum slide together easily. Also dont put it in your pocket upside down? Idk why anyone would want a metal ass credit or debit card. Theyre beyond ugly and no one thinks youre cool because your debit card is made of aluminum

🤣 why don’t you call Apple and tell them to stop using the metal cards then. Your solutions suck and offer no real advice.

Reading the comments makes me wonder why the customer should have to do any “functional adjustments” to a wallet that is supposed to hold cards securely. Sounds like the company is not making a good enough product.
