I am a pro acrylic convert. The only issue I find is that if my paint is on my wet pallet, I have about 20min before they almost become too runny. That being said, if I find the balance of wet pallet and dry pallet these will possibly take my top spot over velejo

Yes it's kind of odd how that happens, not sure what kind of sorcery goes into making them but I do hope it's something addressed in the future!

Quick tip regarding the twist caps: don't close them immediately after dispensing paint! Instead, gently tap the bottle to help the paint settle back down into the bottle, or just allow some time for gravity to do it's thing before closing. You're not going to lose a lot of moisture from the bottle in doing this.

Actually monument hobbies sells different styles of caps…. I’m not a fan of these either. Going to try some of the others…

@@blynn6240 Unlike transferring GW paint to dropper bottles, I've never felt changing the ProAcryl caps to be a worthwhile expense. They actually had someone on their discord just the other day trying to figure out how to get replacements for the twist caps they threw out because they assumed they would prefer the alternate dropper tops.

@@ArynCrinn well yeah, it’s going to depend on each person of course lol. I’ve heard some people even like the originals… like everything else about painting, it’s subjective. But the fact remains that for people that really hate them, there’s the flip top or dropper option.

using a paper towel/kitchen roll for dry brushing is bad form. I have used Pro Acryl paints for dry brushing with a proper dry brush pallette without issue.
