If ANY of those bikes sell at or below your highest estimates then i'm moving to 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 !! That RG500 would sell $15-20k here in the states.

@@raceandretrowhen is the follow up video? This is the first time I’ve seen your channel. What an epic selection of bikes! I personally think the rg500 will do double what you said the engine is probably worth 5k! The Troy bayliss motogp ducati I think £200k max as Rossi’s sold a few years back for £189k and Troy is no Rossi so I’m being generous and taking into account inflated prices of everything. The R7 ow02 £45k I remember when those bikes were £15k for mint examples with less than 2k on the clock. 👍

Everyone has to watch that Gobert race...you won't have any fingernails left! That was the bike i wanted there,as Kork's Kawasaki is completely out of reach!

What if you could only have one of those but it had to be ridden?….to the shops!

The rd125 was 12 hp,not 20, i wish it was when i had one in 84! Some of the guide prices on these are way off,the gamma 500 at 6 grand would be a bargain,id say at least 10k for it. I have stacks of photos of the olympia bike show in 84,they showcased the “new” honda cbr 1000 and yamaha genesis,the cbr 1000 had see through fairings on it so you could see whats underneath! If you guys want me to send you pics of them,id be happy to,if you have an e mail address as im not on social media (cos im old!😂)

To add to this (Dom), my mates definitely told me 20 bhp when we were in the pub! 😂 My pals had one each, always sounded superb. Also, the CBR1000 was my favourite bike back in the day, the slightly later model though, possibly 1990? Anyway, like Ant has said, photos would be great and thanks again 🙏👍

Prices all over the place, (i watched the auction ) i was going to put my R7 in it but the 15% auctioneers commission put me off, american auction at mecam auctions (cycle drag YT) las vegas was an eye opener, americans seem to have money to burn,.good video R&R, Thanks,.

We were miles off the R7 price! Can’t believe how far off we were with most of the prices. Probably a good idea to hold onto yours for a while unless you go with an overseas auction. As always, thanks for the comment and really appreciate the support. 👍🙏

I don't think it met the reserve price in the end mate, which kinda was the theme of the day. Guide price was between £3,000 - £5,000.

Hi mate, there wasn't at this auction. But I've noticed there's a couple at this weekend's 'Iconic Auctioneers' show, at the NEC, Birmingham. Be interesting to see what they fetch! Edit: there were a mental two stroke. Many a race with our mates on RD350LC’s and RGV250’s. 👍

Gah that ZX7R seems so cheap! it’s almost donor bike money. Just as well they look so good 😂

The R7 has zero miles so hardly worn out? Maybe if it had 354,563 miles on it..it would be worn out then I guess.

That will be me then (Dom) Never really noticed it before but perhaps thinking about it, I have always been a bit of a leaner. I will try and stand a lot straighter, more erect, like a stiff cock in future videos. Failing that, I will definitely buy the next one I lean on. Scouts honour. You must stand very straight….
