    The thing I love about The Price is Right are the extremely heightened emotions of the contestants. The excitement of contestants winning have not changed in the 45 years between this episode and now. :)

    Year 2018 now & TPiR is still on air. Man how time flies so fast?!? You'll never grow tired of watching this game show. Luv it!

    The 70s had their fair share of problems for sure, but you gotta admit (for the most part) Television, movies, and music were tops.

    U bet! Janice created the modeling technique back in 72' when the show started with her, Anitra, and Bob. Janice has the personality, class, and elegance. She was the only reason i watched

    +Paul Duca Heh, I didn't even notice that. They would only do something like that on Let's Make a Deal, but it was the exact same car. I didn't know the Nova was that popular....probably trying to push it out there since the Mexico "No va" disaster.

    You should have seen the original wheel...it spun clockwise instead of like a slot machine and the wheel was much smaller.

    I was there and I remember it before it had the green section so for me it’s the reverse or it was the reverse for quite a long time until it became normal I know I spent a lot of summers in front of the TV watching the price is right at least like 76 7778

    I watched it with my dad especially when he got sick and stopped working. We'd watch it every day before I went to work. Or when I was much younger and he worked the afternoon shift

    Makes sense... I asked since I recall reading somewhere about a player guessing 0 and the real number being 7 (or vice versa), and Bob salvaging the loss by saying the player only owed $3

    Well, since a zero usually represents nothing, I'd have them give the number difference (ex. 1 for 1, 2 for 2, etcetera).
