Legal experts say it's very unlikely for someone to go to prison for their first offense which was nonviolent if they never committed a crime before, he's most likely gonna get probation, incarcerated or pay a 170,000 fine cause each of those charges carry a 5,000 dollar fine

Please dont take my opinion for actual legal advice, but NukaCola is right. For non-violent first offenders, they would most likely have to pay fines and perform community service. However, because the DA upgraded the charges from misdemeanors to felonies (in NY, Class E felonies are punishable by up to 4 years in prison, plus fines) it's real tricky as how the justice system is going to walk this minefield. Remember folks: this is the first time in our countrys history that a former president is EVER convicted of felony charges. But this is a society where nothing is ever set in stone, so we just have to hang back and both wait to see this play out and wait for Good Ol' Shreeb to upload the next episode. God bless yall.
