HALLELUJAH! The world and it's effect on gospel music. For all that is in the world- is not of the Father, but is of the world. There are two main sources or origins out of which a man can draw or things can flow. The first one is the Father from whom comes every good and every perfect gift. Nothing evil can flow out of it's source. James 1: 13-17, Jeremiah 29:11. The second is the world, with the devil at its head, and everything that flows out from this source is earthly. sensual devilish. Eph 2:1-3, James 3:15. We will do well to remember that in the sight of heaven, nothing good that bears upon eternity can flow out of this second source, and that the world can never flow out from God and vice- versa, even as a fountain can not send forth at the same place sweet water and bitter. James 2:11. Therefore all that is in the world that can be traced to the world ,including the style of music is not of the Father and cannot be traced to him. Using this kind of music that cannot be traced to God in his praise and worship and service may not make such worship or service spiritual or godly. We may assume that since the lyrics are Christian the music does not matter: But music that does not originate from God will defile the song. My mentor and confidant you are really trying but I have to confess to you that all the SUBSTANCES that God put in me is reserved for the day God will show cause the ministry he has called me into and very soon it will happen. From today I will never comment on KZread till the day my joy will be full and his name glorified. And it will happen very soon. I will only do my normal prayers and listen to worship songs on KZread. My time will soon happen by his grace, I dont want to do what my father has not instructed me to do. The ministry God placed in my hand is unique . I must carry things out according to God's pattern.
