Actually the heart center powers the mind. Those with strong heart center tend to be sharper mentally, faster thinking . It can also cause trouble as the mind tries to be in charge.

Dr. Jungian of HeartMath says in one of his videos, that the heart does NOT pump the blood around our bodies. He infers that it is kind of magnetized and flows itself. He also said it takes about 17 seconds for a white cell/red cell to go around the body. It's quite intetesting, really. Check it out!

Rya Jacob Let go of the old, the repressed emotions, events, and people. Then real happiness will spring forth naturally. You cannot force happy feelings. Energy is blocked from moving when we hold onto these things. This is why the Law of Attraction does not always work. When you release old habits, actions, behaviors, beliefs, perceptions, as well as physical objects, people, situations, and events, manifesting the ideal life can happen instantly. I have been doing this over the last few weeks and great things are happening. Perhaps the heart is holding all these energy blocks, but only you can release them.

I so agree-- how I wish I had this information long ago. (I see many people saying this although technically this info wasn't known 15 yrs ago) I think I believe that there are no coincidences and that my coming into this knowledge now is when I was supposed to come into it. what I have learned with 2 Heart attaked drs couldn't find why because I learned I allowed my self to bring that energy because my husband died in my arms the specialist said Dr call this your dieing of a broken heart and he said you cannot be 42 I said yes iam he said no your heart matches a 17 year old he shook his head this is odd that is when I learned last year what I did to myself always sending love ego needs to be let go as soon as we love all
