Technically speaking, yes. However, that statement doesn't really mean much if you don't have a clear-cut game plan to achieve what you want - that you need to stick to no matter what thru putting in effort towards a dedicated course of action on a daily basis. Otherwise both (dreams/goals) are totally worthless to have, and will just drain you mentally by constantly wishing for them but not doing anything to achieve them.

Thank you for the break down! Everything in this video was spot on for what I need to do. Being specific is always where I lose it when making goals. I am too vague and thus procrastinate more easily and make excuses not to do the thing. I am also forgetful. Creating new habits and routine is hard for me so I will try to set reminders around my house and on my phone to help me stay committed.

Video is spot on. The simplest most straightforward walkthrough on changing your entire life incredibly.
