I feel like iso is an all or nothing agent, you either win the 1v1 in ult or not, you either stop a raze rocket or a classic bullet, the clips showcasing his power is absolutely amazing! 😄

@@Icancontrolit nah not really, with Raze rocket even if you don’t get a kill, because most people are afraid of it, if you let the timer run before shooting, you can take a lot of space on attack because they’re just gonna run from it and on defence, you buy a lot of time with it, whether it’s defending spike or keeping people from pushing. ISO is more vulnerable, since you can go to his body spawn and kill him. With Jett you have basically have an extra weapon for free, good on ecos and just all around good ult, Phoenix’s ult creates a lot of space, gives him a extra life, and if your teams are good they can trade you if your ult gets killed. Honestly all the duelist we have now have a better ult than, except for Reyna

I think Iso's a good middle ground duelist, although he doesnt have "dive" or "get out of jail free" util, his wall brings good entry, his vulnerable is great to set himself and his team up for success, and the double tap is just a generally really cool concept that can create some really cool clips. His ult is really interesting imo and can be played around really well for both teams, and even if Iso doesnt win the duel it can bring a great advantage in terms of time/stalling.

Iso is well balanced with his kit. but in the right hands, he could easily become a top tier agent. no matter duelist or not. the only broken thing about his kit is, the double tap. to where i've just realise it can also block op bullets

Even raze's ult

Iso is very fun for me to play because I’m really trying to master my aim atm so his playstyle is a great help, but you really have to risk using your ult since it instantly kills you or your enemy, it’s making more actively aware about crosshair placement so he’s been a huge help

The agent has taken the game to a different level. After a long time an agent with a whole next level of abilities has arrived. Just need to enjoy it.

Agreed. Now everyone can play like pussies with 5 shields. And hiding behind that. Too OP for my taste. But Valorant as it is, they will nerf him over time, and make game blunt again. :/

Iso is a very interesting and new agent, althought I do wish to use and try him out one day, I feel people who play duelists a lot more will be able to enjoy him as you can freely push if you know how to use your things right and won't constantly need to be healed due to the new 'double-tap' method. Though I am really enjoying the showcases that I am seeing, it'll probably help me learn him and encourage me to train on my aim as I would also like to have fun with him like others Little edit; I feel his ult will be changed a bit too, as I have seen how right after an iso player gets out of the 1v1, they can be very vunerable to the enemy team right after, almost like when a phoenix ults

Seeing these plays always make me overestimate my abilities

I thought Iso was gonna be ImBa as every Agent on first release but he seems pretty good balanced already. I love his kit and the "new" side he brings to the Duelist role and cant wait to play him myself. And even, propably not, but still see him in Pro-Play. Nice Video on showing how to play Iso well and I am propably gonna use some of these tricks.

Iso isnt that good as all the other agents though. Yeah, he may be balanced, but compared to the other agents he's horrible. Iso vs cypher who do you think is gonna win? Obviously the cypher. The only agent I see him winning against is Reyna, but even then she has blinds.

I actually like Iso a lot. He adds new dynamics to the game while still suiting the lineup perfectly! I haven’t been able to try him yet, but I can’t wait!

Super excited to play Iso and to see how he changes the comp environment.

i like iso because of some things that can make ur ult better. if you have a shield on you can bring it into the ult, you can push up in the 1v1 if they are hiding for a greater advantage. I love iso!

Double tap is genuinely overpowered on pistol and save rounds. The barrier is similar to the Harbor wall in the sense how it becomes a shield. I have a feeling just like the way people who are skilled with controllers play Harbor, they will enjoy playing Iso and cover a lot of space. The ult is definitely not Iso's strength's but that kinda balances everything. It is a simple 1v1 and all depends on how tricky you play it, after Iso gets old as an agent and everyone gets to know how to play as/against him. Also, the position from where you are ulting becomes very important. The ult might be reworked by Riot later on, cause like I said, it is not Iso's strongest ability.

Iso as an agent is very interesting. 2 abilities are very team friendly, while the other 2 are meant to be selfish. I don’t think he has much value on pre-plant besides getting to site alive, but post-plants with his ult is absurd at stalling, and he’s probably the best duelist for a team that can already work together well, while also being able to clutch easily

When entering a site you can ult someone and the others enter the site, if it's a cypher for example all his trips will dissapear and if they find his body on time even if you lose you will be traded.

It’s actually the opposite his site takes make him strong. With a flash u call wall off a close angle and singe with double tap, ur ugly brings the Person on site off of it so ur team can make space but his util isn’t very good post bc he either takes someone away for a 1v1 that he can lose and get Kim value out of it and his kit is based around kills so u have to be aggressive in post to get value which can lead to u being out of position

I think he is what a real duelist should be like. Not too overpowered for him to be a single man army but at the same time enough to be like a superbly good supporting character if he has too

ngl ISO is a really fun agent, I wanna say he's pretty balanced and has a wide array of function, specially countering viper ults. Riot did great on this agent

Iso is definitly something, he is a huge asset to the roster and in my opinion a little broken. But in all fairness most agents are on release. He deffinitly will get some nurfs soon, hopfully. I feel asthough two undercuts is broken, and i dont think his ult, domain expansion can change my mind, will get nerfed one way or another. Over all i think he is a great agent and can not wait to play him when i get the chance.

I just got him yesterday from the Agent recruitment event. He’s pretty fun. Tip: enemies can break the orb to deny Iso’s Shield.

Honestly, playing with and against, his ult takes up the most amount of space out of the Duelists even more so than Phoenix so def will be useful for solo que players.

his doudlble tap seems to make it so easy to overheat, but as long as you can back it up, I say pop off everybody

Very good agent but more of a support duellist with his wall and vulnerable. His double tap also gives a combat stim from what it looks like which is very useful after shooting his double tap. Overall a great addition to the game but looks like he will be getting nerfed sometime because riot hates fun 😂.

It gives a combat stim the entire time it’s active, even before you shoot the orb. Seems it’s only the reload speed tho

Iso is an interesting agent and I'm excited to see whether he will be played in vct

I feel that you have to have a decent amount of game knowledge to use him effectively. The wall can only cover angles for a small amount of time, it's difficult to use his undercut safely and effectively if you don't have teammates to play off it, and double tap doesn't nothing if you can't frag. I don't have the best ideas of how everything works, given I just deranked to iron 3, but with my current in knowledge, he is an agent that has a kit dependent on your ability to frag, thus causing him to have a high skill ceiling, as there will always be someone who's aim is better.

Iso is fire, the ult is good for 1v1 battle in spike like someone trying to defuse then they can't cuz ur are in the dimension

Nah, Iso is really underwhelming. You can't really do much, but like popping undercut on somebody and having a marshal and just one shotting somebody in the body, but it last like a 3 seconds so.

I think iso is a really good agent like a harbor mixed with a Reyna but I don’t think his 1v1 ult is that broken but I does grant you with a sheild which really pays off in 1v5 situations

One thing I think that’s rly important that ppl don’t realize is that in his ult his health is reset to full so it can be an even duel, I’ve been using it for clutch attempts that I would’ve been at a health disadvantage in otherwise. That and since you can use abilities in the ult it will cancel a chambers ult for example. His ult is rly great just gotta be careful to not get camped

I feel like Iso is a bit underwhelming at the moment, but his kit is super unique and once people get to understand him, he can be used in combination with other agents really well. I hope his ult gets a buff, maybe restoring your health and shield if you win or something like that but he looks pretty cool.
