    In regards to bad habits that are hard to stop, I've been working on replacing them with good habits. I keep it simple... when I notice myself doing the bad habit I do 15-25 squats and pushups. I still do the bad habits, but less frequently, and the extra exercise has its benefits.

    I did that in that past but it doesn't get you to the goal of ridding off the bad habits you had. I learned that you must also cultivate a change of mindset in you in that specific bad habit. More so in healing your inner self why you have that such bad habit.

    11:33 My parents did exactly that and tried to shield me from everything. It damaged everything i wanted/want to do in life and am scared myself right now because every wrong decision i make feels like inevitable DEATH.

    An amazing habit to explore different languages, The best tool to learn languages is learning to breath. Each language has it owns pattern of breathing. Practicing breathing from diaphragma, using both sides of the nose, exercising througj Pranayama. Cleanses mind, memory, lungs ... Hole body.

    I'm the same way. I just call myself unpredictable, a lover of variety and it keeps things interesting. There is always something to learn and observe. I am doing my best to become more decisive. That and discipline should help some. I use to look down on these traits but now I love them. ❤️ I believe everything is internal. The answers are there. Robert Greene is a very wise man.
