I believe the only way to escape from this 'prism' we are 'sentenced' to and to break the 'Spell' is firstly speaking only beautiful and loving words that as the wonderful Laurel tells us they are healing vibrations. Then as all the so-called Holy Ones did is to practice Silence as much as possible through meditation and to stop downloading all the trash in films, tv, songs, etc because once they are inside the mind it takes so long to cleanse these viruses out from our software. I was speaking in rhyme since a young child and my mother used to think I was a bit weird I write poetry every day it allows my imagination to go to places that I cannot find here on earth and I also believe there is a magical portal by using the right words together it has always been my quest and since finding Laurel it made me realise it was not all fantasy but reality I feel blessed to listen to the wisdom this Fairy weaves out into the matrix that somehow finds its way through to the ones who need to hear and learn.

i think silence is a better option if people can’t create a better reality but as a musician, expression of pain is very healing so I don’t believe people should have to suffer in silence without being able to express themselves.

@@matriarchalprayerproject I don t think silence is something you have to suffer I think it is blissful because out of silence comes all sound and resonance it is the source if you will and the ultimate expression of creation and within the silence you can hear the most beautiful and sacred if you become a highly tuned instrument xxx

Been thinking alot about these words when I was in jail. Words mean something. This stuff comes into your head and it just resonates right. This may sound crazy but when you flip them upside down and turn it towards a mirror they all look like greek letters. There's more then meets the eye. Feel so much better seeing your videos cause it's very heavy on your conscience bein

I remember a play about the suppossed atlantic slave trade An actorr said " they wanted to take me and make me an "f"ing slave." Seeing Airicas' name I immediatey thought change the I to me and its America. Change the I to f and its Africa....brought me back to that play, where America and Africa now seem intentionally linked throuh their spelling.

I would like to ask her if she has read the Third Testament (a compendium of The Book of True Life, 12 volumes of 366 teachings). Much of her analysis (not necessarily the word break down) repeats what The Third Testament says. It says that even if we don't read it, spirituality will give it to all of us. Amazing!❤

This pure conversation inspires kindness, mind-full thought, of words, type irregardless. Their place, their strength, their weight, their power. How using them fair can bloom a flower. Or wilt the soul, de-nurture the soil, turn the environment sour. What happens , how it goes, Is in our control, for first there was word, And it spoken And then it was heard. I have never attempted to think in poems. I excited to read and listen more to your podcasts, Laurel. Gratitude, joy and love are my mindset that I choose to channel, and I feel you influencing my frequency and rising me beyond what I dream. Thank❤

Wonderful discussion so far! I love this excerpt @22:19 talking about how those poetic words came to her: 'So when that came through me, because I can hardly claim authorship; I was a participant, certainly..." It's a great way to understand how all great creativity happens. We read in Genesis that creation came into being with the first utterance: “Let there be light.” So sound came first, then light, followed by forms. Interestingly, the seemingly nonsensical phrase, abracadabra, a magician says when performing a trick, derives its meaning from the ancient biblical language, Aramaic: abraq ad habra, which means, “I will create as I speak.” I discovered that on page 170 of Poemcrazy: Freeing Your Life with Words, a delightful book on finding and writing poetry in many creative simple ways, by Susan Wooldridge, writer, poet and teacher. Had to stop and share this with you. Now back to the rest of the interview.

@@jacksonscully2537 two other books you might find interesting are: Nine Gates: Entering the Mind of Poetry (HarperCollins, 1997) by Jane Hirshfield, a classic collection of essays about the mysterious ways poetry comes to us; and The Flow of Consciousness: Maharishi Mahesh Yogi on Literature and Language. I created blogposts on these topics, including a poem about the creative process if you're interested. Let me know and I'll send you the links.

@@jacksonscully2537 Yes, I highly recommend, Nine Gates: Entering the Mind of Poetry, Essays by Jane Hirshfield. Here are 2 poems she mentions that I think you'll like: Singing Image of Fire by Kukai A hand moves, and the fire’s whirling takes different shapes, Triangles, squares: all things change when we do. The first word, “Ah,” blossomed into all others. Each of them is true. The other poem are these lines inscribed by Rainer Maria Rilke in the copy of The Duino Elegies he gave to his Polish translator: Happy are those who know: Behind all words, the Unsayable stands; And from that source alone, the Infinite Crosses over to gladness, and us- Free of our bridges, Built with the stone of distinctions; So that always, within each delight, We gaze at what is purely single and joined.

The biblical word “testament” comes from the word “testicles” “testes” implying that if you do not have a penis, your word is not “holy”. The word “test” is a gender bias word implying that if you don’t have a penis then you should not pass the test. It’s very disturbing how bias our history (not herstory ) and languages are. For me waking up to this reality was horrifying and I am still trying to heal and help people heal from all the biases. I can’t believe how brainwashed I was growing up worshipping men and being programmed to worship white men. I feel like my life was a lie.
