Progress to an advanced level of guitar playing - bulletproofguitarplayer.com Check out more from Fender's range of effects pedals:

If you’re someone who keeps up to date with the latest developments in all things guitar-gear, you will no doubt agree that Fender’s fairly recent entrance to the pedal market has been hard to ignore. With a wide range of effects to choose from, all of which are housed in colourful anodized aluminum enclosures and sold at competitive prices, it’s easy to understand why.
The 2019 Summer NAMM show saw the release of several additions to Fender’s growing range of eye-catching pedals, the Pour Over Envelope Filter being one of them.
With three filter types to choose from (high-pass, low-pass and band-pass), an up/down switch that allows you to change the direction of the filter sweep, and an in-built distortion circuit, there’s plenty of sounds to explore within this fun pedal.
They’ve also thrown in some useful features with gigging guitarists in mind, including a magnetic door for the battery compartment on the bottom of the pedal, as well as light-up LED knobs which are a staple of all Fender effects pedals.

Ross, Your demonstration it's way better than the one in the fender's channel. Great sound, great playing and great clarity of presenting the features of the pedal.

2:48 is what I came to see. All I need to know… lol My only question is, how well does the B and high e trigger the filter without having the front end of the pedal boosted? Some filters struggle with getting triggered by the higher unwound strings higher up on the fretboard with lower output pups.

Just landed in this video and love the way how you explain the way how envelop pedals work! Would be super cool if you try and demo the Spectrum from Source Audio I have it and is a amazing envelop filter with endless possibilities

Best demo & explanation of this pedal by a country mile Ross, brilliant 🤩 Got 1 on the way as a massive Ronno fan & want a cocked Wah sound which I can’t seem to nail on a CryBaby so here’s hoping 🤞🏻 Keep Rocking Ross 😎🎸🤘🏻

This is a very versatile weapon. Great review and wonderful playin'. I agree with You for the distorsion switch adding, but I guess Fender intended this feature much more as a "sinthy" rough tone, rather than a distortion one. I would use a specific distortion pedal too, as You well suggested.

This has been the ONLY demo that offered a possible use for this pedal and made it sound effective. I’ll still never buy it, but now I understand. Thanks

I remember the BOSS Auto Wah, from the 1980's. Similar pedal, but not as many settings as the Fender. BTW: the Pour Over Pedal isn't on the Fender website yet. Link sends you to Fender but they haven't posted it yet.

Hey man. Thanks for a great video! I have the pedal myself and really like it, but I feel like I need to overdrive my signal just slightly for it to start really responding to my playing and get interesting. Did you run the guitar straight into the pedal here or did you have a bit of overdrive before? I've been trying to recreate all the settings and sounds in your video, but until I add a bit of overdrive first I don't get anywhere near it unless the drive on the pedal is all the way up and then is lacks some dynamics.
