Property Monitor is the best source of information, although, it is a paid for service. They release a free monthly newsletter which I would recommend reading... A free service is DXB Interact where you can find lots of information as well :)

Can you list who the worst developers are that you should avoid buying from? Also can you explain or do a video on how to find out who were the original developers on a 2nd hand property that is ready to move into today ?

Regarding developers you should look at reviews online as that will give you a clearer idea. And again on 2nd hand property google the name of the property and you can usually find information on it :)

Areas which have lots of supply scheduled to come onto the market you need to be more wary of. A simple way of looking at this is going onto Google maps and looking if there are lots of empty plots in that area… JLT I’m a fan of due to the great location and supply has (mainly) been built… However, quite a few buildings in JLT are poorly maintained so it’s important to pick a quality project :)

Developers with a reputation to uphold will maintain the properties well e.g Emaar :)

What do you think of damac hills 1 in terms of quality ?

Damac Hills 1 is a popular community and from what i have seen it is good quality :)

The prices are peaking now to the north and this trend cannot keep heading up forever When you think the correction is occurring ?

I personally feel prices still have more to go, however, by the end of 2024 we will have plateaued :)
