That would be Carmel valley road. Even in light traffic that road is wild. You must not attack it unless you are an excellent driver and know it well.

That’s my dream Porsche, you can’t beat the view of that aero spoiler in the wing mirrors 👌

@@sammooresphoto I did the Rodeo fathers day show, up Angeles Crest to Newcomb's Ranch Porsche meet, and Spike Feresten's favourite the Malibu Country Market car show back in June. So many Porsche's. California is still the Mecca for car guys 😎

Amazes me how you can drive a car in the US with no number plates! Price for the GT2 is crazy now. As for the 996 GT3, for less money you could get a 981 Cayman GTS, or a 991.1 GTS, either car I would much rather have than a 996 GT3.

We had a trade plate in the back in the event we got stopped but I was slightly worried haha. Interesting cross shopping choices there, not quite the same engine but benefits in other areas for sure.

Sam, Thanks for another enjoyable video. One of the best parts if Quail is 3 miles from my home down Carmel Valley Road. It was fun seeing you drive roads I drive every day. Even past the road going up the hill to my place. Hope you enjoy Car week! Plus make it to see Pebble on Sunday! I meet a guy at Pebble Concourse 5 years ago that said. Pebble is a Once in a life time event you should do every year! I am fortunate to live in Carmel/Carmel Valley and this will be my 18th year in a row for Pebble. If I see you, I will intrude myself and say Thank you and keep up the great videos.

Faster car? 10 years earlier a car named 959 was made and it was faster indeed Today they go for the same price of around 1,2 million, but 959 will always be better

Can someone explain why the older porches are ineligible to race?

The only thing I can think of is it must be to do with the other cars racing at certain events so a 66 cutoff. Anyone know?
