The poor boy renovated an old house with the abandoned fish pond in the countryside

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Buy back an old house with a fish pond, renovate and clean the house yourself. Renovating the garden , raising fish , living an independent life at the age of 27 . The next part I will send everyone the finishing process of the house.

This young man has looked over this site a million times. He has cleaned up this place in his head, and just how he will do it. BRAVO YOUNG MAN! BRAVO! Watch out and protect yourself that someone doesn't walk back in there and claim it as his own. Get a certificate or whatever is done in your country to make this place truly your forever. Get a lawyer if you have to make it legal and binding.

I'm just worried about his government or the original owner taking it from him. I pray he took some sort of action to ensure it will belong to him before he did all that work there! The previous owner evidently abandoned it "IF" he no longer paid property taxes, but is that what happened? Did the Courts allow this fine young man to own it? Someone please let the viewers know this guy was able to secure this property. If not, I hope this video is used to charge the government for everything he did there. Hopefully, this was secured before sweat equity began or he could lose it all. & that would upset all the viewers! We would all send him a dollar each to make it happen if we had to! He has the viewers to do it, I hope

The vision, the strength and energy as well as knowing exactly what to do, how to do it, with great economy of movement. So impressive. Touching to see the little white dog taking an interest. I was relieved to see there was a tool to mix cement. Thank you for making this video.

Very nice work! You can tell the passage of time from how much the puppies have grown ;) I like the way you used the roofing tiles to decorate your fences and walls. That was a lot of hard physical work, but the results are awesome. Thanks for sharing from California US

@@barbaraaldam204 First if all... He worked very hard and very skillfully. 2nd It started just a man and his shovel, and his pails! Then it became a jackhammer, electric saw etc. , those are not "the most basic tools". *also the title states "poor boy renovates " blah blah blah, This was not a poor boy with no knowledge ,this was a very skilled craftsman equipped with advanced tools! I watched it because of his talent despite the title!
