I know your feeling mate. I did 33 years in our army and cops everywhere are a disgrace nowadays.

I like how Mrs PC started all cocky and when you weren't playing and knew your rights she actually chilled out abit. Which was nice. Most would get more frustrated and start trying to bully the public.

Loved the way that she curled her lip when she was informed about the rules regarding providing personal information. Obviously a woman not used to being ignored.

The more i watch, the more saddened i am by the UK police force's total over reaction to someone with a camera, a lack of basic law, PCSOs who probably failed in other departments of their lives and probably feel this now empowers them. The police are becoming a bit of a joke in the way the React to non-serious incidents

She goes from being all friendly and chatty to “give me your details” ... for the sole purpose of seeing if you have a criminal record or any outstanding warrants. For a few seconds she thought about pushing the idea and forcing the issue but thought better of it. You should have left her alone once she left the front entrance and not engaged her further. Too much banter.

as a medical student in the 90s we were asked to do locality studies...videoing the local community, taking pictures and interviewing people...my god , how far we have fallen

I must say its interesting watching how the police operate and how inducated they are on common law.

The power tripping iPlod didn't like the fact that you didn't have to giver her your details so went and got her mates to try and intimidate you. Even the actual police constable was going to try and tell you that you so have to provide it but I think she saw sense right at the last second !

"What's airborne forces" is the best question in the world for some who proves that the police have a single brain cell! :-) :-) :-) :-)

As an ex-police officer from Australia, I have watched many, many of these types of videos, particularly from the USA & the UK. We tend not to get the auditors here in Aus as I don't believe we have the disconnect like those in other countries. However, I think I can say with a reasonable degree of accuracy that the way the police interact with the public in the UK is a million miles different from those in the USA. If that was the USA, the police would do everything they could to criminalize any activity that was legal and protected by their constitution. You would be detained/arrested, handcuffed, searched, placed in the back of a police car and possibly charged and jailed....all for committing no crime. Here in Aus, we don't have qualified immunity like the USA, so if an officer does the wrong thing, there's a great chance he will be disciplined, fired, charged or both.

pigs arse they don't have qualified immunity. they might get fired, but they do not have to pay for the court case, the state picks that up. No police officer in Victoria is at risk of losing their house due to legal proceedings. Many many of them should be facing court right now for the crap they pulled in Melbourne over the past 18 months. Little jacked up pricks that will only have a go in numbers at those who are weaker than them. I used to have a lot of respect for the police here, not anymore. Wouldn't piss on them if they were on fire.

Police did a good job actually. Checked it out, remained polite, moved on when assessed.
