As a woman who has tried to have babies for 14 years with my husband and endured 6 painful miscarriages, finally ending it with having uterine cancer and having to have a hysterectomy at age 33…I would actually be open to such a reality. I do have qualms about this type of birthing if possible though. In my opinion a whole new race of humans with way different “wiring” than traditional human beings will be created. Will this cause adverse effects? Will there be tragic consequences? The lines of ethics seem blurred in this context. I guess this is something that won’t happen to the degree depicted in this film within my lifetime. I guess my best bet is sticking to adoption. Sincerely, a barren woman wishing for my own children.

Dear MagnoliaMuse. I am so sorry having your own children hasn't been possible for you. It seems that you did everything you could to make that dream come true. I want to believe that there is a way to find peace for yourself in this matter, in some way. Maybe it really is an adoption, that you are meant to take care of a soul biologically from another family but who would add so much joy and light to your life and vice versa. It might be everything you need❤️

The movie is about the pregnancy, not babies... everyone who wants a baby can (fertility problems aside). No more or less woman would have children if this became a thing, you still need to want to become a parent. It's a reaction to feminism, "woman need a career" and babies can come later or never... they explain in the movie how that is problematic for the future and birth rates declined to much so they came with a solution to give eoman both. Not that i agree with it. But problem 1 is feminism.

This doesn't make baby a commodity. These are still Humans being birthed, only the gestation is being done externally, without the mother having to go through the absolute hardships, pains and risks of pregnancy and childbirth, which I think is great ! Personally, I am totally for this technology. This technology should be developed asap as it can allow women who wants kids but is not willing to go through the hardships and risks of pregnancy and childbirth to have kids without the need to go pregnant and give birth herself.

Free trade/capitalism, was purposely mixed with corporatism, monopolies and oligarchies, in order to give justification to regulate and tax the freedom of sell, buy, trade, produce and create, without a centralized third power interference. No one can sell, buy, or trade without government permission/authorization/taxation, by law! That's not capitalism by any chance. Governments rule about everything including work days, minimum wages, taxes, interest rates, currency quantities... That's not capitalism at all! In the future movies like this will be shown so people understand how our society collapsed. Everyone is living in a bubble, detached from reality, telling themselves how perfect they are. Back in the 1970's it was shown how over population can cause people to become detached from society and not function. A lot of people today can't cope with their reality. So they dont live in reality, they live in this politically correct unreality. How many people could function without the internet? or AI? We'll find out if Biden gets us into a nuclear war. That is our future, not this politically correct non sense.

Movies like this scare me. Is this really where humanity is headed to? I don't want no part in it,hopefully i will be dead by the time the real world is like what we saw in the movie ''idiocracy''. I'm done.

@@heoyyyhhsssu2444idiocracy has been happening long before Trump. Jackass first came out in 2000 under Clinton and the latest movie came out in 2022.
