May’s Maker is Tate Doolittle, who you know from the Podcast and KZread videos. Tate is our Director of Business Development and long-time Nicks Boots super-fan. Tate joined the company last year but has admired Nicks from afar for some time.

Tate chose a 7” Robert in Buck Brown as his employee boot. When asked why he designed this Robert, he said, “I chose to build the TD 64, a 7" Robert in Double Stuffed Buck Brown leather, as a way to feature my favorite Nicks exclusive leather but also make it unique.”

That has to be the most beautiful leather I've ever seen. I have a pair of Maxwells in Cognac on the way. I might have to get a pair of Falcons in that leather tho. Absolutely gorgeous.

The 7" shaft of the TD64 offers a very nice balance to the taller heel of the 55 last. A welcome customization to a classic profile.

I love a good 6 inch shaft but 7 just hits the spot.
What would that edge colour option be? That looks darker than the natural option and lighter than the brown option.
