The big ones and high flying ones, for sure. But low altitude or hover vehicles might not need a pilot's license. However, there might be a need to develop a whole new category for licensing. One problem for smaller vehicles that are not too far off the ground, I suspect will be how to quickly brake in an emergency.

Not an airplane license and not a car license … there will have to be a new class of license. … of course, if it is autonomous, then there may not be a need for any licenses at all.
