DND OC ANIMATIC to The Plagues by Dreamworks.

I am the dungeon master of a dungeons and dragons campaign, and these animatics act as hints toward the lore for my players. Below i will describe briefly the characters and what you are seeing, knowledge limited based on my players ingame knowledge.

This animatic follows Urmos' perspective of the events that unfolded 13 years prior to my campaign (Person in the cover)
Several of my future Animatics are hinted toward in this animatic.
Many past characters from previous campaigns my players have been involved in are referenced, these being:
Morpheus Tuin-Glaucus, who awakes from a nightmare on the lyrics "Into your dreams, into your sleep
Until you break, until you yield"
ZODD the Immortal, who is seen summoning lightning on the lyrics "I send the thunder from the sky"
Hym Tuin-Glaucus, who is seen praying until fire lights his face on the lyrics "I send the fire raining down"
This animatic displays the argument between Sovin (A Human Wizard) and Urmos (A Tiefling-Orc Barbarian) Who are brotherly figures. Several future NPCs are shown in the background of many shots of Urmos, as in Urmos' perspective, he was right and everyone was backing him up.
Note that Sovins magic is not the green we see in many of my other animatics.
In this arguement, Sovin is grieving the loss of his partner, Aloka. Meanwhile Urmos stands by his actions and deems that what he did had to be done, although occasional scenes show his guilt and regret.

Just wanted to quickly point out, that this is not a Disney movie, but Dreamworks. The animation is amazing tho.

My teacher played this movie for my class in 6th grade. After we learned about Egypt and the Jewish people, it was a really good movie and she was a nice teacher.

Personally, I believe that not only do warlocks, Clerics, and paladins have this as their theme, religious artificers have this as well

I once played a Grave Cleric that was based off Moses. The campaign ended too soon, but I loved flavoring all his abilities

@@Jaythingg Thank you! I had his holy symbol be a shepherd's crook, and he'd cast a lot of his spells by tapping it on the ground.
This is insanely well done and I am very intrigued about the world you created :D

Best dreamworks movie ever
I thought of my helluva boss Oc death: in one of the animations loona is with a friend of hers in Egypt where they find a wall painting of Anubis but the one in the painting has it's eyes are scratched out. Loona notices one of the Anubis statues spears is not in its place so she fixes it which opens a door to the burial chamber and loona sees the sarcophagus chained up. Loona reads the hieroglyphics when suddenly a black fog comes from the tomb and my Oc death walks out of the tomb and she looks like a female version of Anubis but her body is wrapped in torn linen and she limps like a mummy. Right as death is about to send a plague loona stops her and death realizes the pharoah who trapped her has long since been dead. Death gives loona a farmer's scythe to use as a way to summon her. Later on loona's home is attacked and loona grabs the scythe and slams it into the floor and death appears in front of her and she sees the robbers and death snaps her fingers and the robbers all get stuck standing and their skin turns black and starts decaying until only mummies are left behind and loona is both thankful and terrified as death sighs and walks to loona and apologize for not showing up quickly enough to stop the robbers from getting inside the house
