I just love Alison's voice. Wish she were the main singer more often.

I sense minor influences of Bang Bang that awful sound and I will survive, how bloody benevolent ^^ also I think the meaning is the last night the guy and gal are together. The gal doesn't know why he's off and he won't say. She can't bring herself to tell him that she loves him. Next day, weak in the knees, as he preps to leave the bloke drops his stuff to catch her (a good Samaritan) weeping she knows not why he won't say nor why she can't tell of what I again presume is love.
