In an interview with Irving Peskin on WFMU's "Thomas Edison's Attic" program, Mr. Peskin says he played trumpet on a number of "Piccadilly Players" recordings, and that he could play either in a Red Nichols or a Bix Beiderbecke style. It might be him. Listen to the interview, it's very interesting.

I've heard that interview! It's one of my absolute favorite interviews: Peskin relates to the listener virtually every aspect of what it was like to be a musician for hire in the Roaring Twenties. He had a rare set of skills as a recording artist and as a soloist that was in high demand at that time. Record labels and studio directors were willing to invite him to the studio and pay him a fair amount of money, because they knew he could deliver the sound/style they were looking for! I would highly recommend this interview!!! :^D 🎺 LP

Are you aware of anyone selling DDs by this group? Nearly impossible to find..

@@goldfinger95 Yes they are hard to find. The band recorded about 20 songs so you'd think they would me more available. I'd guess record auctions and Ebay about the only places you can find them, and at a high price, or luck out and find some in an antique shop.
