Andy's an OG - the only guy that can wear that shirt, have an ironing board set up in the background and still crush a presentation.

Cheers for this, I have been researching "how do you learn to draw human anatomy?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Piayilliam Uncomplex Power - (search on google ) ? It is a good exclusive guide for discovering how to become an expert in human anatomy and physiology minus the normal expense. Ive heard some decent things about it and my mate got great success with it.

Basically, eat less, breathe more often... omg, sedentarism leads to slow breathing and higher food intake. So the only thing i need to do is find an activity that i like and not over eat. I mean i already knew that, but understanding is better. Thanks

This is so fundamental that I wish we covered that at school! Everyone should know these things and that would have been a perfect entry point for me to get interested in chemistry. Instead we were learning all that irrelevant and theoretical bs that only made my mind drift away. I always wanted to start a school where children learn the relevant stuff and I would definitely invite Andy for a series of classes. Thanks for helping me on my weight loss journey as well. Now everything makes sense! 🙏🏼

So in theory, hyperventilating(not to the point of getting light headed) could burn fat faster?
