there was an accident in the second half of the XIX century in Paris in wich drowned girl was found and than she was exposed in a funeral home glass case by a street in a hope that somebody would recognise her, nobody did. She was taken out of water just minutes after death so that she only looked like if she was sleeping, subtle sad smile on her lips. As more and more people came to see her, gossips started to rise about her death. It was acknowledged that it was certainly a suicidal death. But why though? Because of a forbidden love? Broken heart? At some point a death mask was taken off of her face and guess what? It started selling out. Not so long after, her face was stated as the beauty standard for women in the whole Europe, and many people had her death mask in their home and girls looked up to it. Nice story isn't it? edit: subtle not saddle lol🐎

I love how you give us lovely tidbits of knowledge and historical facts. My favorite part is when you spoke about Tuberculosis influencing fashion and beauty trends and how they called it "consumption chic". It made me think of how similarly in the 90s and 00's "Heroin chic" was what was considered couture and beautiful. I was a heroine addict for about 6 years (clean for 5 years) and I can definitely say that it is not at all glamorous. Anyways I love it. I loved the story you had for your doll as well. Thank you for a beautiful and entertaining experience once again.

She's so cool! You did an awesome job :) she looks great. I love her hair, it must have taken ages to do those braids. I remember my daughter wanting me to do similar braids in her dolls' hair. It was hard to do so but she was so happy with them all after ^_^

Sigh... your stories and concepts are so fun, and videos so relaxing like watching one of those creepy cute anime stories, I love it so much, and you ♥️ congrats on your Patreon! Can’t wait for the next Halloween themed doll of yours!

Just want to say I love the detail you put into the eyelids, when you make them look all shiny and heavy and almost metallic, it's absolutely lovely!

I tend to come to this video for comfort personally. Something about the combination of the macabre theme, choice of music, character, and voiceover calms something in my soul. It's sort of like being invited to have tea during a foggy morning at the nearby cottage.

this video got an unexplainable vibe to it, so calm, comforting, mysterious, "empty", dreamy, kinda nostalgic in a way, I feel a little anemoia watching it, the ambiance, lore, everything idek

I’m watching videos from different doll makers who make Halloween dolls. Then I stumbled upon this, this is by far the most detailed and beautiful I have seen yet (no offense to other doll makers). The one thing I don’t get is why you only have 60k followers! You deserve much more! ❤️

I just found your channel and basically binge watched all videos 😍 your creative process, music, story behind the dolls - it moved something deep inside me which was dormant for a long time. I finished art studies but due to personal life issues and mental health problems have been art blocked and stuck for such a long time. Thank you for helping me overcome this struggle ❤️ as much as its still a long way for me, especially the Kiki video helped me a lot ❤️❤️ seeing your Junji Ito inspired dolls made me think of Silent Hill and Siren Blood Curse. Not sure if this is up your alley and if you played/seen a gameplay of any Silent Hills. The plot is amazing, full of symbolism and I feel like especially Lisa from SH1 would make for a great doll in your style ❤️ maybe even an interpretation of Pyramid Head? The somber piano music immediately made me think of SH2. Hope the suggestions dont pressure you, just watching your videos made me super excited 🥰 Hope you have a great day and once again, love your videos and dolls!
