    Awesome Jonas! I have been looking and want to ask; my navel, and lower energy centres. I am curious what you would suggest is the best avanue to go to activate them, get the energy vibrating. My upper ones are always flowing but I have had this issue. I have practiced kriya for aome time. But I do not know what is the best for these, be it qi gong, tummo, or something else…. Hara, dantiens, this is where I really need a practice that would best target,…. Any advice is so appreciated and helpful as im searching for a really powerful practice and path for this specifically 🙏🏻

    Hi sorry but dont know tumo terminologies. But at 45 seconds in are you takeing qi/prana and moveing it up and compacting into bones?
