Actually what she does is just a fighting adaptation of a mock cartwheel (where you do a cartwheel with one foot planted in the ground the whole time), so it’s entirely possible to do that while obeying the laws of physics. Gymnasts do it all the time

On paper it is possible. Not an actual stun more like a momentary surprise, like having a balloon popped next to you wen you are not expecting it. Though thats only on paper. No idea if it would Actualy work.
