Have you ever wondered what the different phases and cycles of a typical running training plan were? In today's video, I dive into how running training plans are typically structured and a few terms that can be used. Each training plan can differ depending on the coach who created it but there are general principles that are used in creating a well-made training plan.     It would be great if you can show an example macro and micro training cycles consisting of various different runs each week. (in the form of a spreadsheet/calendar)
