This vlog is all about our recent trip to the Pergamon Museum in Berlin, Germany. We decided to go because we heard that it's going to be closed for renovations for a really long time - 14 years!
We want to take you on a journey with us as we explore the amazing things in the Pergamon Museum. It's like stepping back in time, checking out cool stuff that's been kept safe in the museum.
Even though we couldn't see the big Pergamon Altar this time (it's being fixed up), we still got to see some of its parts. It's a super old and important structure that tells stories from ancient Greece.
We also got to experience something called The Panorama. It's like a giant picture that makes history feel real - you can almost walk through old streets of a place called Pergamon. Sorry, we couldn't film The Panorama to show you.
Fun Fact: One of the cool things here is the Ishtar Gate. It's from ancient Babylon and looks amazing! Imagine walking through it back in time! Oh, and don't miss the Market Gate of Miletus - it's a rebuilt ancient market that helps us imagine how people used to trade long ago.
When you visit this museum, you'll get to see things from different times, like when Greece was super powerful and even further back to when Mesopotamia was a big deal. It's like an adventure through time that shows how people created incredible things.
