Absolutely beautiful. As a fine-haired white girl growing up in the 1970's, I so wished I had hair more like this! This kind of hair is very special and can be so beautiful ! I had never heard of Meechy until today when I came across a youtube video about her death. What a horrible shame. Such a beautiful young lady. But, at least, she shared her beauty and her knowledge - the very gift-of-her-being... and that gift will continue !

thx I enjoyed this tutorial! I am a four year cancer survivor. I lost all my hair from chemo but thanks to God my hair is now halfway down my back! It is good to know I can do this myself and not go to get my hair blown out and ironed. Thank you also for the product advice. I can't wait!!!!!!!

Hi Meechy. Your hair is gorgeous and has grown! Question: I notice you twist your hair in different directions, ie, the front long side of the part you twist away from your face toward the back, but the front twist on the short side of the part you twist toward your face... Is this intentional? I always twist my hair in one direction (all going toward my back), and now I am wondering if that is the reason my twist-outs are not as voluminous.

Hello there. My braided hair was actually detangled prior. I show how I detangle my hair with conditioner, braid the rinse in other videos. Also, Cantu's Leave In Conditioner is water based and also helped me detangle/smooth my hair before twisting. Thanks for watching the vid!
