First round picks aren’t as valuable as you think. 2 mid-late firsts will probably never get you a player that can defend multiple positions, block shots, rebound, and knock down open 3s

Other important players that I like their fit are Royce O'Neal and Kevon Looney if they end up available and they might be on the cheaper side.

I think we need a back up center whos a starter. We need to rest Embiid during the regular season. If we play a trash team, give Joel 24 mins and give someone like Drummond the other 24 to limit his workload. Other than that, we need guys like Dunn and Finney Smith to defend. We are the only playoff team who had 2 different players drop 40+ points in seperate games. Think about that. Tatum and Brown didnt do that, Jokic and Jamaal, Bron and AD, KD and Booker. Put 3 and D guys around Maxey and Embiid and we have the best starting 5 in the league.

Kris Dunn will NOT cost $8M but I do really like him but I have him as our PG coming off the bench. Also, NO to DFS for 2---1st round picks, that's too much. I would sign Jalen Smith PF away from Indiana using the $8M mid-level (3/$27M type deal maybe team control on last year)....the selling feature to Smith is he has a much clearer path to play 25 plus minutes and allow his to blossom. He hustles and plays solid defense as well and is a growing 3-Point shooter. Make the trade for Alex Caruso and Torrey Craig sending Paul Reed and 2---1st round picks (maybe get Chicago to give you back a 2nd round pick or 2 in the future)....Then sign Durmmond to $4M CBA option, Kris Dunn to the same $4M option and your line-up looks like this Embiid--Smith--PG13--Caruso--Maxey........Bench Drummond--Craig--Council--Dunn.....and then fill in the blanks from there. Remember you still have 3 first round picks and 2 pick swaps to trade ALSO you have trade exceptions available of $6.3M from Harden, $5.4M from Korkmaz and $4.3M from House as well as veteran minimum deals so there should be NO EXCUSES from Daryl Morey and the 76ers ownership......

I love your starting 5 if we had Miles Bridges or Tari Eason instead of DFS. DFS isn't very good.

Seriously 2 first rd picks is ridiculous, the Sixers should be looking to move up and draft potential fits to strengthen the roster. Considering how good Maxey turned out, try using future picks to add in the firsr rd or early 2nd rd 21-50 would be a good start. Trading multiple 1st rd picks for older players is not trying to develop consistency or continuity and your bench. We're tired of the dropoff when Maxey and Embied go to the bench.

DFS would be great on the team and if it came down to 2 1RPs, I'd probably also do it, but I'm no on Kris Dunn for the mid-level. He's just gotta be able to shoot more than 1-2 three-pointers per game to my liking.

I like your 5 but I woudl make a hard push for Caleb Martin with the MLE with maybe 2 or 3 M added on to it. Martin is a bigger more proven player not to mention a much better 3 Point Shooter than Dunn. Martin only made about 6M this year. An MLE(8m) with 3m added for 3 years could work for Martin. Caleb can also guard 3s and 4s unlike Dunn.

Once you get PG13 you're looking at 2 players maybe. You'll use remaining cap space to get another starter, room exception to re-up Oubre. Then it's all mins

Yeah... Let's trade the MVP from 2 yrs ago. And he was having an even better season this past year ! He's improved every year and he's the heart of this franchise. He needs to stay injury free, agreed, but trade him for what ? The 76ers have never gotten value back when they've traded a star with the recent Simmons/Harden/draft picks moves being an exception. Unless they get Wemby or The Joker, neither of which is even a little likely, get a quality backup C and a nice wing and bench depth and he(and the team) can go far.
