    Great vid Joe. I like this format. Watching you guys do a workout cements the explanations preceding it and allows me to better understand the correct form for each exercise. Love your no bullshit style and explanations with your white board drawings. It really helps me visualise and understand what I should be getting out of each exrecise. Keep up the good work.

    Great workout apart from one thing. I don’t know why this happens, but even wen I depress my shoulders, my traps still wanna get involved too much in the lying laterals exercise. Pls can u do a 3 tips tutorial on this exercise? Otherwise, thanks for the great content. I’m seeing great changes in my body quickly from ur routines, so pls keep them coming!!!

    I’ve only ever needed 1 tip for this...don’t worry about pulling the weight up, don’t even over worry about retracting your scapula. Literally just think about reaching out, picture you’re trying to stretch out and touch the walls of the gym. It’s a much easier cue to see in a video or explain in person...but reach out, not up. Think this with every lateral variation, dumbbells, machine, cable, crucifix, cuffed, anything.

    Honestly, You train better than of the rest bodybuilders. I see a lot of competitors abuse of help each other in the last repetitions and they dont leave to arrive real RIR0. For me, Ruff is the only bodybuilder that really train hard (to say nothing of Jp, Nick Gloff, Nick Walker)

  • @Jaha575

    @Jaha575

    2 жыл бұрын

    Why is this way too much volume?? A press for chest followed by a flye...A press for shoulders followed by a cable lateral raise...and then a tricep pushdown. Followed by a small metabolic circuit of a few movements for pump work.
