debb0r it's a korean word play. '최고의 술은 역시 입술.' The literal translation to that is, the best kind of alcohol(술) is your lips(입술). It is a wordplay since they both end in 술 which means alcohol. It can't really be translated literally with the complete full meaning so the eng sub example they gave there was that kissing is better than alcohol.
