Very nice. To keep the shoulder pads down on stormtroopers, I have used these small but strong magnets from amazon. strong enough to keep them in place when I put them down, and also can stay apart when I raise the arms. 100PCS 2mmx1mm Small Round Magnet 0.078‘’x0.039‘’ Neodymium Magnetic 2 x 1mm

3:00 theoretically some black tack would help with the shoulders, though im not sure how it would interact with the fabric. Alternatively, you could use magnets but it may be too late to get them in the shoulders
